Sharing the Spirit:

We exercise the gifts of the Holy Spirit as listed in 1 Corinthians 12:7-11.

Praying in tongues is biblical, promised to believers by Jesus in the Great Commission practiced by the first church, recorded many times in scripture and encouraged by the Apostle Paul. "I wish you all spoke with tongues..."                1 Corinthians 14:5

“I thank my God that I speak in tongues more than you all..." ... 1 Corinthians 14:18
Other Scriptures: Isaiah 28:11-12; Joel 2:28-29; Mark 16:15-18; Acts 2:4, 15-21, 33; Acts 10:44-48

Use Pastor Ron's microphone to share Spirit words & songs during worship. The microphone is "closed" when the offering begins.

Only prophecies for the WHOLE Body should be shared. If it relates to a specific person, they will know it; but many times it will speak to several or all present.

Timing is important: if you don't share a word that you got on time, just let it go. God may even confirm that word to you through the preaching , but only to train and encourage you for another time. Don't try to go back, just release it to Him.

Prayer Teams:

If you have a prayer concern and desire someone to pray with you, we have Prayer Teams on duty at the close of each service.

When someone near you desires special prayer, please direct them to one of the Prayer Teams up front.

If you are a Prayer Team Member not scheduled today, please be gracious and defer all prayer requests to those Teams who are.

The Pastors have complete confidence in the ones designated to serve on the Prayer Teams and hope that you will, too.

If you want to join a Prayer Team, please talk to the Pastors.
